The battery balancing device is a high-precision battery test equipment used to eliminate voltage differences between different cells within the same battery pack. By charging and discharging all battery cells on the same series string, it ensures that the voltage difference of each cell approaches zero. This process performs cell balancing and extends the service life of the battery pack.

Multiple battery balancing devices can simultaneously charge or discharge individual battery cells without disconnecting cell-to-cell connectors. It supports balancing series-connected batteries. Cut-off conditions can be set based on voltage, current, or capacity values.

  1. Battery balancing devices in different cabinets are isolated from each other. This allows multiple cells within the same battery pack to be simultaneously charged and discharged for cell balancing; battery pack repair and maintenance operations can be performed.
  2. Each battery balancing device is controlled independently, and different test processes can be run simultaneously.
