SA765GA is produced by laminating reinforcement material onto one or both sides of soft or hard laminate mica material, using a high heat-resistant adhesive. It is also used as a reinforcement layer in insulation materials with insufficient surface strength.
Thanks to its low thermal conductivity, it provides superior thermal insulation while offering high electrical insulation performance for reliable protection.
In tests conducted according to the UL 2596 standard, SA765GA demonstrated excellent fire resistance, enduring 1 cycle in the Torch & Grit Test at 0.25 mm thickness and 3 cycles at 0.35 mm thickness.
